Went in to make a purchase today. Stood around holding my item waiting for the employee… there didn’t appear to be anyone around? I finally gave up, put the earrings away and left. While leaving, I finally noticed the employee literally hiding behind some kind of storage door eating. Went to Ardenes.
Very disappointing experience. The store is extremely small and difficult to move around in, which made browsing uncomfortable. On top of that, the staff was rude and unwelcoming. I was left waiting without any acknowledgment, which is unacceptable—especially considering the high prices of the jewelry. For what you’re paying, you would expect at least basic customer service and respect. I won’t be returning. Change the store to something else Cat centre!
Terrible service, rude and ignorant employee!!!! The morning shift employee who opens at 10 am on Saturday is not a kind person!! Very judgemental and will refuse to do any kind of piercing making excuses like she’s the only one there yet there was no other customers around. She was so rude to my mom who was visiting and acted like she was better than us. I’d love to give this store my business but I will refuse to spend my money when she around. I had been to lovisa few days ago for some shopping and for piercing there was a girl Prabh she was very nice to customer service and did my piercing . Experience was amazing.
I have got my piercing here and the experience was too good prabh did my piercing and the experience was too good will visit again for sure
