Purchased a pair of ' keeper' earrings, wore them for a day and had an inflamed, sore ear. The earrings are supposed to be for sensitive ears....beware. Would not buy from here again. Look Lovisa reviews up on the internet before purchasing. I feel I totally wasted my money. I have been reading the other reviews, quite a few bad experiences and the owner only tells people to contact info@lovisa.com. Obviously it doesn't do any good as there are not any follow-up reviews with a reply (positive or otherwise) from the company.

Got my nose pierced here on Wednesday and it fell out while I was sleeping. I called and explained that my whole nose was bleeding, but I was still told to try putting it back in myself. I did as instructed, but it started bleeding again. I’m really disappointed with how the situation was handled and expected better guidance from “professionals.”

I had a great experience at Lovisa! Prabh and Navjot were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They were patient, gave great suggestions, and made the whole shopping experience really enjoyable. Excellent customer service and a lovely store. Definitely recommend visiting Lovisa.

Very disappointed with my experience. Before booking and again in person, I was told the only cost would be the earrings, as the piercing and aftercare were included. After paying, I received my email receipt and noticed an unexpected $20 upgrade fee that had never been explained or approved. When I questioned it, the manager simply said, “Oh, sorry, you didn’t know? We upgraded your package.” That should never happen without a customer’s informed consent. Went in to make a purchase today. Stood around holding my item waiting for the employee… there didn’t appear to be anyone around? I finally gave up, put the earrings away and left. While leaving, I finally noticed the employee literally hiding behind some kind of storage door eating. Went to Ardenes.
