I purchased the waterproof hypoallergenic sensitive earrings. They told me that they wouldn't break my ears out. I asked the lady multiple times and she was very confident that they would work. Well ever since I put them in; my ears have been hurting and starting to crust. I've had my ears pierced for a long time and my ears are super sensitive. Absolutely horrible expierience. Me and my daughter went in today. We could not even tell who worked there because the workers were talking to each other so much. We thought they had a short conversation however, we had waited at least 6 minutes until we had enough and had to go up and ask a question. The worker, she was white with black hair talking to her co-worker, a white girl with blonde hair. We did not feel welcomed at all. I got my 3rd ear piercing done 2 days ago and it was great! The girl was very nice and did a great job. I initially was going to go to a tattoo and piercing place but it turned into a huge hassle. It was big time tattoos and piercings. They told me on Tuesday the piercer was in on Wed, Fri and sat so I went in on Wed to be told that the piercer wasn't there and to just keep calling until she's there, which is difficult when they never answer the phone. Good customer service - very sweet girl. Just very mediocre jewelry. So many items damaged set out and the one I purchased snapped immediately, which obviously the employee said “no refunds” which probably should’ve been a red flag. Don’t get me wrong, super cute jewelry, but it is basically shein quality at best.
Hi so I went in today for an ear piercing. I believe the employees name was Ashley and she did a wonderful job. She made me feel welcome the moment I walked in and I had an amazing experience🙌🏾. She makes sure you like the placement and will gladly accommodate it to your liking. So if you ever need a piercing I’d recommend Ashley🙂.
