Really great experience getting my ears pierced with Christine! She was so friendly and explained everything thoroughly. She made sure everything was hygienic. Amazing customer service.

I visit the mall a lot. And everytime I walk past Lovisa it's closed with the lights on. An employee from the nearby stores says they close quite often throughout the day for 20-30 minutes at a time. They are missing out on all the people who want to shop around during their big sales.
