We stopped by this store because they advertised that they had a great clearance. We stopped in and every item that was on the clearance was not on clearance. We asked the clerk why were they advertised as clearance when they were not on sale. This was not just a few items labeled as clearance. There were actually w walls of items listed as clearance but were full price. This was false advertisement. I took pictures. Very disappointed
Great service and very affordable :) Honestly I would say this is my favorite store so far!
Terrible customer service. We've made a purchase there yesterday in late afternoon and the sales clerk was amazing. The young lady at the counter greeted us and helped us find exactly what we needed. She was polite, courteous and patient. Came back today, Saturday and there was a gaggle of young girls at the register. No greetings, no help - no nothing. Left my credit card here, called when they opened the next day and they said they had it and I could come pick it up. Came to pick it up and they said someone picked it up already, and then they said actually they had given it to security. Security said they were never given my card, and now there’s fraudulent charges on my card from Lovisa and Target. You’re gonna steal my credit card and then just use it at your own store and Target? I was so excited about the naval rings I got from here they were gorgeous!! BUT the one broke when I put it on and the top ball fell out and now is useless. I have never seen a ring without a screw on clasp. I would be very cautious with buying jewelry here, it does not seem to be quality. I will not be buying again.
