this is a review for the eaton centre location. i’ve been here twice and purchased body jewelry and was given no explanation on their exchange policy. i brought my jewelry completely unopened and in the original jewelry package tissue from four days ago. i ask the sales associate to help me fit a size for my ear and she goes and insists the biggest one will fit and should be a perfect size. well i come home and try it on and it’s GIGANTIC and way too big, and now i can’t even return or exchange the product. i’ve wasted $65 o... read more
