I went in just looking, couldn’t find pairs that I was looking for. Ended up getting 3 pairs that were waterproof and stepped out the store for 3mins, changed my mind. They said since I stepped out of the store, no refunds or returns at the Dufferin Mall location. Which, that makes no sense, so I said what if I exchanged for something more? Then they say “okay”. Honestly not a great first experience. I will not be shopping here again.
They break before you can even wear them. They're not even worth the sale price.
Not being able to return earrings even tho the place mostly sells earrings it’s extremely idiotic
Bought a ring for 20$, it got ruined after 2 days and they wouldn’t change it. Bad service and bad quality. Do not recommend.
Extremely helpful.. And even did a quick repair for free. T'waa very sweet. ✨️
