Very rude employee working here today. The sweetest employee is an Asian girl who I haven’t seen in a long time. Sucks because she was the best employee there, very kind and sweet. Unfortunately, I never got her name. I only know that she was from San Francisco.

I had a very disappointing experience at the downstairs Lovisa location. The new girl was extremely rude during my visit, and it made the shopping experience very uncomfortable. I also witnessed what appeared to be one of the employees becoming very upset and cry after interacting with her, which was difficult to see. I used to shop at Lovisa about twice a month, and the employees I had encountered in the past were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Do not shop here. I bought four pairs of earrings as gifts because they were having a buy 4 for $20 sale on earrings. My friends didn’t like them so I went back to return and they said any pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged but I was never told that they’d be final sale otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased from them. Waste of $20.

Horrible. Walked in the store and an employee immediately accused that we’d shoplift and was “warning us” that an arrest will happen. I wear ring stacks and the whole time I can hear the employee mumbling under her breath about how I wasn’t “wearing” the rings when I came in. I had to physically take out my wallet and cards just to show them I wanted to make a legitimate purchase and SHE STILL KEPT MUMBLING! Maybe if you stop breathing down people’s necks, you’d get more business. False accusations are not okay.
