I got my nose piercing redone at this location, and I had a great experience. Van was incredibly helpful, walked me through the entire process, and made me feel comfortable from start to finish. She was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get a piercing!
I have bought 4 earrings for 20$ and I think she put another earring as a free one.. but I also work in customer service and when I see a customer it’s pretty obvious on what they like I bought all of them for gold and she literally put a silver one with a design that does not look similar to the other ones I bought. If you are going to work and want to sell look at what your customer likes first when it’s clearly so obvious on what they like. Do better.
