I had my helix piercing done by the store manager at this location. The staff was very welcoming and Marianna was incredibly courteous and listened to all my questions and concerns. I walked in unsure but walked out a happy customer. Will most definitely return!! Update: it’s been a year and it’s healed to be the healthiest piercing I’ve ever gotten!
I did my ear pierced in lovisa upper canada with a person name aurora, she was patient and kind and explain completely to make sure everything i need to know i get it
I got my nose and cartilage pierced here a couple of months ago, and I have to say Vanesha and her manager, Sirine, did an AMAZING job. They were open and transparent throughout every step of the process, from the piercing itself to aftercare instructions. The service was truly 10/10. I couldn’t be happier and will definitely be back for another!
