A very poor customer service I got my nose pierced and it didn’t fully pierce cuz she used a small ring , instead of the lady to finger out what to do she is telling me to use a niddle to re pierce it buy myself and she even let me buy and new ring for 24$after I paid over 70 something for my piercing, I also tried but it wasn’t working and then she telling me to close it and re pierce, she’s not even thinking about the money I paid for it

I had an amazing experience shopping at this shop! From the moment I walked in, all of the female employees were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The customer service was truly outstanding, and everyone made me feel comfortable while browsing. I especially want to thank Ashley for all of her help. Ashly is truly the best!! She is soo incredibly knowledgable about earrings and piercings. She went above and beyond to help me pick out earrings and help me install. I can’t recommend her enough!! Thank you so much!!
