I had a wonderful experience today thanks to the two lovely ladies who helped me. The first lady assisted me in choosing earrings and finding the necklace I was looking for—she was incredibly kind, patient, and absolutely beautiful. I don’t know what it is but the quality of the Lovisa unfortunately has gone right down. Two out of three of my kids have the sensitive earrings and both have infected ears. We use to have no issues but recently they keep getting constant infections to the point both are on antibiotic cream. The other kid has the chemist earrings and her ears are fine and I’ve changed over to another set from the chemist & her ears have improved really well.
