I’m the “Mel” mentioned in many of these reviews ,and I’m speaking out because customers deserve the truth. Do not get pierced here. As a former employee, I had to train myself outside of work just to feel confident piercing. The company throws employees into piercing roles after only 1–2 weeks with little to no proper training. I cannot guarantee that current piercers are being taught safely or correctly. I had an amazing experience at Lovisa. I got my ears pierced and Mel did a fantastic job on my ears. She explained everything to me and was very helpful throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend coming here to get your ears pierced here!
