The jewelry here is very pretty and there is a lot of options!! I would give five stars, but I gave four instead because one time my friend and I came in and found what we wanted to buy, but the line was not moving at all and there was nobody to check us out. We waited for 10 minutes before putting our items back and leaving. We came back an hour later and there fortunately was an employee to check us out, finally.

Really bad customer service. Prices on the tag are lower than what they charged. I immediately noticed and asked the sales lady, she very rudely responded "inflation". When I told her I would like to return it she said "No Returns" this was within 2 min of my purchase in the store. I told her she should at least inform the customers that they will be changed more than what the price tag says. She just turned away.

They were having a clearance event with signs everywhere saying 50% off, but there was only a small section of 50% items which I felt was misleading. Maybe only put the sign with the items that are actually on sale? They were all in the same section after all. I did purchase a few of the clearance sets and they were cute for a good price
