employees failed to tell customers about deals and final sales on products. bought something and realized it wasn’t worthy the money and returned it two seconds later and was told there’s no returns on things that “enter the body”. alright, well please inform me next time. terrible service and expectations that customers “know” the rules.
The jewelry here is very pretty and there is a lot of options!! I would give five stars, but I gave four instead because one time my friend and I came in and found what we wanted to buy, but the line was not moving at all and there was nobody to check us out. We waited for 10 minutes before putting our items back and leaving. We came back an hour later and there fortunately was an employee to check us out, finally.
