I just went to the store today and I buy 2 necklace for 2 gift 2 person, then I ask her for another bag cause this is 2 gift for 2 person then she say no, what the. That’s crazy, the store have so many bag but shy refuse to give us another one. Also her face is so disrespectful to us, so I just put it back! What a crazy day. The store is fine, but the service is just too bad.
I had recently went to this store a few weeks ago and I am appalled to say that the jewelry isn’t that great of a quality. I had purchased what appeared to be these cute “beach” themed bracelets (on other social media they are referenced as preppy styled jewelry) and when I had put them on one of them had already broke. Keep in mind that these bracelets were originally $18.99 but received them on clearance for $4; what should have i expected? well of course for them to break easily. Useless place! The manager in La Jolla is so rude. Very bad customer care I would never recommend this place to anyone. No courtesy towards the customer.
Terrible service messed up on fixing earring and had to pay extra when they messed it up again
