I would love to give a negative score if possible. We were in the store for selecting jewelry, while mean time we put our drink just like 2 meters away from us on the counter. And then what happened is those rude sellers just throw our drink without even asking the people in the store. When we find that out and ask them about our drinks, they admitted they threw it in the trash already, and act very rude, unprofessional and helpless during all the time. Won’t come anymore and don’t suggest anyone else to come either.

Terrible customer service and misleading advertising. After purchasing some earrings without realizing that some items were not marked down, like I originally believed them to be, I went back once I received the email of my receipt (this was about 10 mins after I left the store) to get a refund. Absolutely awful experience.!!! My young daughter and her friend were Christmas shopping and bought a few pairs of earrings. A few minutes after leaving the store, we discovered that one of the earrings was broken right out of the bag. We went back to the store expecting a simple replacement for a clearly defective item. That did not happen. Instead, the manager was rigid, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I got my lobes pierced here nearly two years ago. The experience was pretty quick and mildly painful (ears were pretty red for a couple of hours afterwards). Now that I take my jewelry in/out frequently I can tell that one of my lobes was not pierced straight. It frequently causes me problems with lining up the front and back holes, although the other piercing is fine. So I bought one pair of earrings yesterday so my holes don’t close. The girl asked me if I wanted a bag or a receipt and I said no. She told me it was final sale on the earrings. She was still holding my earrings after the purchase was completed. I watched her bend the backs of the earrings and then hand me my purchase. They’re cheap earrings so I just bent them back straight but that’s so messed up. I know they are going to use their no refunds policy to stick up for her actions so I’m not going to shop there anymore
