Do not shop here! I spent 160 dollars here on ear piercings for my two daughters. My younger daughter got a full anxiety attack the moment of the piercing and decided not to go through with it. The women at the store was extremely unclear, unsupportive and rude to us. After my daughter started crying the women told us there are no refunds or returns, and she didn't even get the piercing! I would advise to not shop here at this establishment . This business is not transparent with policies . They stated that on their digital receipts after paying that there are no returns or refunds . The attendant at the store never advised me of this policy and there are no clear visible signs regarding this policy . I spent over 130 dollars and the products I received is very second rate , poor craftsmanship .

I wanted to enjoy my purchase, and support a cool looking shop cause aesthetically they do a good job …BUT… the seller lied to me about the quality of the jewelry saying it would NOT tarnish at all. They said it was made with a specific material that resists the elements & I should not have a problem with them cause they are good even with water. I had the worst experience of my life here. I was in and out just trying to get some piercings and still had a horrible experience. I didn’t get the employees name but she was short with a black bob and she was extremely rude. She opened some mirror door and me and my friends said “woah!” cause we were suprised that it was a door and she gave us a very rude look and laughed. I was in a hurry when I purchased a set of body jewelry when I got home realized I purchased gold instead of silver. I went to exchange today to get the right color and they don’t do returns or exchanges. They should have this posted somewhere so that you know. I knew better than to buy from a company I had never heard of before.
