Bella was seriously the best! We were having a little difficulty getting my daughter’s ears pierced, and she was so patient, attentive, and great with her through it all. She helped keep my daughter comfortable and calm and made the experience go as smoothly as possible. So glad we had her & my daughter is in love with her earrings!
It’s been not even a week I never got my email receipt (ig they don’t do paper ) but not even that my belly piercing I spent 30 something on starts turning pink when it’s suppose to be water resistant it’s only been a few days and it’s not good quality I wanted to return but have no receipt. I tried calling and nothing I’m in north sd so it’s only when I can I go very disappointed
I would love to give a negative score if possible. We were in the store for selecting jewelry, while mean time we put our drink just like 2 meters away from us on the counter. And then what happened is those rude sellers just throw our drink without even asking the people in the store. When we find that out and ask them about our drinks, they admitted they threw it in the trash already, and act very rude, unprofessional and helpless during all the time. Won’t come anymore and don’t suggest anyone else to come either.
Terrible customer service and misleading advertising. After purchasing some earrings without realizing that some items were not marked down, like I originally believed them to be, I went back once I received the email of my receipt (this was about 10 mins after I left the store) to get a refund. The whole store said clearance, $5, $3, buy two get one free, etc. When I tried to return the items the cashier told me I couldn’t return them because of “hygiene reasons”. Absolutely awful experience.!!! My young daughter and her friend were Christmas shopping and bought a few pairs of earrings. A few minutes after leaving the store, we discovered that one of the earrings was broken right out of the bag. We went back to the store expecting a simple replacement for a clearly defective item. That did not happen. Instead, the manager was rigid, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
