Bought a 3 piece toe ring set for 20 dollars, I tried it on in the mall and it instantly broke. I went back to return it and they guy wouldn't refund me.
Horrible business. Goods not as advertised and nothing is discounted. Paid $179.68 for costume jewelry for my daughters prom which I tried to return immediately. Cashier did not speak a word of English and we had to wait 30 minutes for the manager to arrive at the store. The manager was to issue a full refund but charged me for a second time 179.68 before returning the original 179.68. I walked away with not one piece of jewelry and they took 179.68 from me. My bank will be handling this FRAUD!
Jessica that works at the lovisa in Tyrone mall is absolutely amazing she did my nose and cartilage piercing even when I was scared she kept me calm and at ease for my piercing I most definitely recommend her if your scared and it’s your first time, she tells you exactly all the after care directions she’s just absolutely amazing thank you Jessica
