I had such a wonderful experience getting my ears pierced on July 4th thanks to Rogia and Jesica! Even though it was a holiday and my friend and I came in right before closing, they never made us feel rushed. They took the time to thoroughly explain the piercing process, helped us choose the right earrings, and went over all the aftercare instructions to make sure we felt comfortable and informed. I was talking through a consultation of a piercing with Ashley, and she was so sweet and being so helpful and then an associate named Sophia walked up and rudely demanded to see my ID and continued arguing with the associate piercing me. She was being very hostile and unprofessional. She continued to hover around my appt and wasn’t interacting with the other customers and it made me feel uncomfortable; especially as she was discussing work issues in front of me while I was trying to get a professional consultation. I wish I remembered the sales associates name! She really took the time to help me find the perfect earrings that I could wear daily. Her suggestions were so helpful and I could tell she likes being at work :-)
Shoutout to my girl Jocelyn!! She pierced my helix and my friend's lobe and it was so cute that I went back a few minutes later to get another! She was very communicative, reassuring, and friendly throughout the whole process. I'll definitely come back for more piercings in the future!
