I found the bead I needed here at the last minute, which was a lifesaver! The prices are a bit high for imitation jewelry, but since I was able to get exactly what I was looking for when I needed it, I didn’t mind too much. I bought a beautiful but cheaply made combination necklace and earrings. Wore the necklace not even for a full 24 hours and It broke. 2 days later asked about returning and was told it couldn't not be returned due to it having earrings as part of the package. They don't accept returns on earrings which Is understandable but im just really upset that they couldn't do anything about the necklace. Be cautious on buying a combination with necklace or earrings or be prepared to lose your money

The manager at this location is incredibly rude. Horrible. Her attitude was unprofessional towards myself, as a customer, and a co-worker in which I had the sad opportunity to witness. It was a really unfortunate experience shopping and getting pierced at this location. I strongly advise to stay away. I have never been so shocked to have experienced such egregious customer service in my life. If I could give 0 stars I would.
