I visited this Lovisa location on Saturday, 09/06/2025, for the first time. I had never been in this location before, so I was not sure what to expect. I was looking for some small lobe hoop earrings in gold. The employees here were EXTREMELY attentive despite the store being busy. Not only were they kind, they were patient and knowledgeable when I asked them if a certain earring size would be suitable. Costumer service was absolutely horrible at this place…
Definitely not returning to this store again! They couldn’t do a simple return and I had to stay out of line so they can cash out everyone else and then do my return!! Very rude and unprofessional…
