Alrighty, THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC WITH toddlers! First off genuinely so patient and empathetic bringing my toddler in for her first ears pierced! Bringing her toys from the shop, holding the phone (because I wanted to record) honestly such sweet people! I love the piercing gun that they used! Kinda got the gist of where the pressure is how the piercer applys, rather than a spring! LOVE! They marked her ears twice, let her walk around and was super fast when the piercing came! I’ve loved every piercing I’ve got here! Tsunami did my piercing and was so kind and helpful!
Came in and there was 6 kids behind the cash register. I had to ask to check out 3 times to find out even worked there and who was their friends hanging out. I was never told they don’t take returns. I came in the next week to return my items that never were unwrapped. They only have extremely cheap quality items in the store . They wouldn’t accept a return or exchange of any kind. Definitely avoid shopping here at all cost.
