When I got my ears peariced the lady told me after she peariced it that I can't go swimming for 6-8 weeks, I didn't know it took that they took that long to heal because when I got them peariced when I was young they never told me. I also I wasn't even able to pick out the earing they just told me that it was already picked out for me yet I saw other people picking there's out.

Everything was priced wrong and they had almost no employees available for help. I ended up paying full price when all of the stuff I bought was on "clearance"

Shout out to Angel, he was so kind and knowledgeable, he had the lightest hand when piercing my ear. He listened to my concerns and gave me the best experience from the minute I walked in to the minute I left. I definitely will be coming back to pierce my other side, definitely asking for Angel. I love love love my new helix piercing from the jewelry options, definitely happy!!!

awful expirence. “manager” very rude. i was fidgeting with the packaging as i was anxiously trying to find something i liked and she came up to me accusing me of stealing as i emptied out my pockets right in front of her and apologizing for the packaging fidgeting. i then leave and come back ready to make a decision on what id like to buy and i am then told to leave the store. i ask why and they threaten to call security. she then says “you stole from here earlier and you’ve just stolen again once again i empty all my pocket... read more
