I would not buy from this store again. I bought gold earrings from them about two months ago. The gold has completely come off one of the earrings and one of the others is tarnishing. I do not think it acceptable for earrings to tarnish after two months of normal use. I recommend going somewhere else.

I gave my 14 year old son and 16 year old daughter money to spend today 12/19/2025 at the mall and they went into this store with their older cousin (my niece) to make purchases where they were profiled and falsely accused of stealing. The employees had the nerve to tell my niece to lift up her shirt because they assumed she was stealing. My very first experience at this store, I brought my 5 year old daughter in to get her ears pierced. The person that helped us (Angel) was amazing, and made her feel super comfortable. I was nervous myself and am so glad I came in. The jewelry itself was also very beautiful. Will definitely be back to do some shopping! I do have to add, he was very helpful with all my questions and explained how long the healing process would take.
