I discovered why they always remind you that all sales are final—because they know that the jewelry will break within a couple of days. I bought two earring here for myself and one broke the day I purchased and the other broke a couple days later. $24 for earrings, i would expect at least to last a little longer. I will no longer purchase any type of jewelry from here.

Prices extremely high if you don't do their multiple purchase. Saw a beautiful pair of earrings. Price 3 for $18.00.- 1pair was going to be $10. Understandable 1 pair would more expensive. But the price quoted was over the top. Costume Jewelry not real gold. Thanks but will not be returning.

I’m a mall worker and a regular who has bought earrings from them several times because of their wonderful selection of jewelry. What ended up making me lose business with them was their policy on products that are supposedly ‘final sale’ with no signage stating the policy. I was told right to my face I can’t do nothing about them not even for a replacement due to the sizing of the earrings.
