Prices extremely high if you don't do their multiple purchase. Saw a beautiful pair of earrings. Price 3 for $18.00.- 1pair was going to be $10. Understandable 1 pair would more expensive. But the price quoted was over the top. Costume Jewelry not real gold. Thanks but will not be returning.

I’m a mall worker and a regular who has bought earrings from them several times because of their wonderful selection of jewelry. What ended up making me lose business with them was their policy on products that are supposedly ‘final sale’ with no signage stating the policy. I was told right to my face I can’t do nothing about them not even for a replacement due to the sizing of the earrings. Stopped in this store for the first time and my experience was awful. The two young ladies running the store were very unprofessional, swearing 🤬 as they were having a conversation, using derogatory terms knowing that there were customers in the store including children. Me and my friend was totally disgusted
