I stumbled upon Lovisa on a Saturday night mall trip and was pleasantly surprised. I was able to reopen my third hole ear piercing for less then $100! I was able to purchase a stainless steel pair of earrings which I needed for my sensitive skin. The Studex piercing machine made the process painless. 10/10 recommend

Went in to get a piercing and the manager Kristen who did my ears, did a PHENOMENAL job I recommend lovisa to everyone the hot manager knows what she’s doing.

Such horrible experience here. I bought a bow and a set of clips. When I went to buy it the lady said NOTHING about it being final sale so I was like hm let me see if this will match my dresses color. I compared it same day and realized it didn’t match so I went back to return it the same day. When I went to return the lady at the front said “oh that’s hair accessory so we can’t accept the return.” According to NYS law ur required to say when something is final sale.
