Went in just to grab a few new jewelry items and ended up walking out with two new piercings! The store manager Kristen is so lovely, sunshiney and helpful. She really knew how to design my new piercing to match my others well. Thank you so much!! I’ll definitely be back!
Kristen, the manager, was absolutely amazing!!!! I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The studio was spotless, well-lit, and had a very calming, professional vibe—everything you want when you're about to get pierced. Thank you guys so much, highly recommend!!!!

I had the best experience here! I brought my granddaughter to get her ears pierced and the staff was so knowledgeable and patient. They explained the process step by step and even showed us these amazing earrings she could change them into after they healed, and the best part is they were 3 pairs for $25 and they are TARNISH FREE!!! They even have this amazing aftercare spray that heals it in a month or less for only an extra $15! I had such a wonderful experience at Lovisa in Smith Haven Mall! The store manager, Kristen, went above and beyond with both customer service and ear piercing. She was professional, patient, and made the whole process comfortable and easy.
