Such horrible experience here. I bought a bow and a set of clips. When I went to buy it the lady said NOTHING about it being final sale so I was like hm let me see if this will match my dresses color. I compared it same day and realized it didn’t match so I went back to return it the same day. When I went to return the lady at the front said “oh that’s hair accessory so we can’t accept the return.” According to NYS law ur required to say when something is final sale. Ciara was a pleasure!!! She was super sweet and patient with my piercing and walked me through the entire process!! I don’t typically walk into jewelry stores while in the mall but I’m blown away by this experience. The girls working there were very kind and helpful in helping me locate just what I was looking for.
