Bad customer service with attitude, bad piercing that doesn’t heal after 6months (talked to someone about my piercing not healing and they took my email address and phone number said manager will contact me but no one contacted me at all), low quality products. They don’t provide paper receipts and only way you can look at your receipt or return policy is after you purchase. By the time if you want to return BUT it’s already too late. So basically they are scamming you…!

Visited here last Saturday for my daughter’s homecoming and let me just say the atmosphere was amazing. Employees were so friendly and informative, store clean and organized.
