I bought a necklace from Lovisa, and while putting it on for the very first time, the clasp broke. I brought it back hoping for an exchange or solution, but was told there’s nothing they can do without a receipt. I gave the young lady all the details I could, but she still couldn’t find it in their system. If they had simply replaced it with another item, I had every intention of buying something else, but this whole situation completely changed my mind. We were nervous to get our daughters ears pierced, but Chloe was amazing. She explained the entire procedure first, then showed us how everything was new and sterile. She gave us advice on which starter studs we should use (we took her advice, thankfully) and the ones she recommended were actually less expensive than the ones we originally picked.
