I was greeted by Diana as soon as I walked in and I talked about wanting a piercing but I was scared and never since I’ve never had one before. She went through everything with me and made me feel very comfortable and i got my first piercing. Would 100% recommend someone to get their first piercings here by Diana.

I visited to look at fashion jewelry and found some cute pieces. However, when I asked if I could try on a necklace, the employee said no in a rude way. I respect store rules, but customer service matters. Most customers will still try the item at home after purchasing, so please consider a more thoughtful approach and better communication.

Bad customer service with attitude, bad piercing that doesn’t heal after 6months (talked to someone about my piercing not healing and they took my email address and phone number said manager will contact me but no one contacted me at all), low quality products. They don’t provide paper receipts and only way you can look at your receipt or return policy is after you purchase. By the time if you want to return BUT it’s already too late. So basically they are scamming you…!
