I love this store it has good prices and great customer service and all types of cute jewelry for any occasion.
I’m really disappointed with my experience at Lovisa. I recently purchased a pair of earrings, and at no point was I told that all body jewelry, earrings, and hair accessories were final sale. Unfortunately, the earrings I bought don’t fit in my ear at all, and when I tried to return or exchange them, I was told there are absolutely no returns, no exchanges, and not even store credit. My first time at Lovisa was such a great experience! They had a wide selection of gorgeous accessories, and there were some really good deals when I went. Sade was especially amazing—so kind, funny, and super helpful throughout my visit. I would definitely recommend this store and plan to come back again!
The return policy is inconsistent. I came well within the 30 days time (3 days after the purchase) with unopened and unused packaging and the store associate refused the return. Contacted the online help desk and we’ve been going back and forth about this for a month. They blatantly refused to issue a refund and refused to take the item back. They stole my money with no remorse and no real assistance on getting refunded. It’s one run-around after another. Definitely won’t be shopping here again.
I had never been inside this store before, but had passed it many times. One day I was there shopping for an outfit for a birthday party, and I walked past the store. The person standing inside had such an AMAZING vibe, that I could see all the way from where I was walking in the middle of the mall walkway, that I popped in to ask for help!
