First of all, crazy prices. And the sales are very low quality. I ended up buying a pack of earrings and went back with 20min to return as i found them somewhere else for much cheaper. They don’t do returns on “body piercings”. Mind you the same associate who checked me out 20min before said they couldn’t take UNOPENED earrings. This place is a scam. Costume jewelry for high prices. And no returns on unopened items is crazy. Save yourself money and stay away
Horrible service! Love their variety of accessories but their service and policies are terrible. My daughter wanted to buy 1 pair of earrings and was told she had to buy 4 pairs because it was 4 for $20. My daughter told her she only wanted the one pair she had and the cashier told her "no" that she had to buy 4 pairs. Left the store and will never buy there again! Like I understand stores have promotions but it's not mandatory!

Went to this store with my little one and my niece, and they had a great time buying jewelry. Staff was attentive, kind and friendly.
I purchased few things at the store in Pembroke Pines and spent $75 but they don’t give you a receipt, you have to enter your email, well, i never received the email so i thought i could exchange one item i wasn’t happy with and they said “ No” they can’t do that without a receipt…. what?! what century are we on with this company?! they should be able to scan the item and see when it was purchased and what credit card was used, that is what most stores do, why do i have to share my email? please update your system if you wan... read more
