I purchased few things at the store in Pembroke Pines and spent $75 but they don’t give you a receipt, you have to enter your email, well, i never received the email so i thought i could exchange one item i wasn’t happy with and they said “ No” they can’t do that without a receipt…. what?! what century are we on with this company?! they should be able to scan the item and see when it was purchased and what credit card was used, that is what most stores do, why do i have to share my email? please update your system if you wan... read more

The store has some really cute pieces but BEWARE they do not allow returns on earrings + body jewelry. I wish they would have been upfront about this policy especially since I had purchased the pieces the day before to see what would match my dress. Shop elsewhere that would allow you to return items and that has improved transparency towards customers

The jewlery is terrible quality. You are better off buying from Claires. I purchased two sets and have 12 ear piercings and all of them became inflamed and itchy after ONE day of wear. I am usually never allergic to nickel and all my piercings are healed so the material in these earrings are very cheap. I also noticed their piercing station uses butterfly backings. Please do not get pierced here if so, go to a reputable piercer.
