Angelina was sooo beyond helpful. I cannot express the amount of stress I had coming into this store try to figuring out what would go good with my dress. She came and helped me right away and knew exactly what I needed her opinion was also so helpful she knows what she’s talking about!! 10/10 customer service

So yesterday I went in for a piercing for my child I inquired about prices . I made the statement that I was going to go check out the prices from Claire’s to insure I was getting a good deal . In order for the LGBTQ guy with the red hair ,Botox and ,the bbl to capture a sale (I didn’t get a chance to get his name when I get it I’ll edit this comment) I just want you all to be aware of who not to deal with… When I made that statement he automatically went down on the price he told us it was going to be $64 with taxes and fee... read more

I had gotten an item from clearance that cost 4 bucks(regular price 15.99) and on my receipt it said it was 17.99. i had gotten out the store because i didn’t get my email receipt until 10 or more minutes later and they don’t give paper receipts. i went to go see why it was charged that way and they said they charged me “taxes” already with it…that was the only item that was i guess charged taxes because i was changed more taxes at the end making my total be a lot more. the lady i talked to was very rude and didn’t help to f... read more
