Amazing Experience I had such an amazing experience at Lovisa, thanks to Store Manager Angelina! She did an incredible job with my ear piercings. The process was super quick, professional, and surprisingly painless! Angelina was so friendly, gentle, and made me feel completely comfortable. I truly appreciate her wonderful service and attention to detail. Highly recommend Angelina and Lovisa for a fantastic experience!

Angelina at Lovisa (Store Manager) is awesome! We went to Rowan first to get a Helix done and they gave me a hard time, come to Lovisa and ask for Angelina. Great customer service and great energy! Love it!

Please be transparent from the start that nearly all sales are final. Realized that the gauge was too big for my ear and couldn’t return or exchange unopened items that I’d just walked out with. I wish the sales person had said something, especially when there is so much variety in gauge size/post length.

did my 12 month baby piercing here like 2 weeks ago & we absolutely loved it! they did such an amazing job both workers that day, piercings look good in place & have healed good . They were so patient and knew what they were doing we also thought it was cheaper than other places so that was a plus!
