So yesterday I went in for a piercing for my child I inquired about prices . I made the statement that I was going to go check out the prices from Claire’s to insure I was getting a good deal . I had gotten an item from clearance that cost 4 bucks(regular price 15.99) and on my receipt it said it was 17.99. i had gotten out the store because i didn’t get my email receipt until 10 or more minutes later and they don’t give paper receipts. i went to go see why it was charged that way and they said they charged me “taxes” already with it…that was the only item that was i guess charged taxes because i was changed more taxes at the end making my total be a lot more. the lady i talked to was very rude and didn’t help to f... read more
I've gotten 3 piercings here and I took my teenage there for piercings today. The lady was awesome, great service, quick and efficient. She had the piercings done in mere seconds. She was very professional. Highly recommend. Will be back for more.

Cute jewelry but absolutely awful return policy and quality of jewelry- I bought a belly button ring(not exactly cheap by the way), the ball to it broke before I even got to wear it, they then refused to give me a new one in exchange, even though it was their product’s error.
