Wen in to exchange a cartilage stud because it was way too long. When I originally went in I asked the cashier if it would be too long for a cartilage and she said no and checked me out. She never said it was final sale and you couldn’t return or exchange it. I went back in and it was a different cashier and she was on her phone, didn’t even look up at me while I was speaking. Very shady about their pricing Everywhere you look it sais 'sale' and '3 for 15' I bougt 2 bracelets, a ring and one pair of earrings from that '3 for $15' stand. After cashier rung me up I checked the receipt and it's like almost $100. I immediately tried to return the earrings and the ring. And guess what they don't except earrings returns because of hygine. Didn’t have super high hopes because it’s just one of a million jewelry stores but I was desperate to get some flat backs because I was sick of my piercings closing from being victim to Claire’s piercing gun, but that’s a different review haha. Unfortunately despite being a place where you supposedly can get pierced the employees have a difficult time answering questions about the jewelry and each piece isn’t clearly marked for length of post and size of hoops. Cute and affordable jewelry. I got super excited when I saw this little shop. The cashier made the experience bad. Seemed like they didn’t wanna be there. Customers were awful I was in there with husband and my 13 month old in a stroller and they were getting pushed around by a bunch of younger customers. I might come back just because I like the jewelry but hoping the staff is better.

I got my piercing done here a week ago. when i asked one of the workers the prices for third ear piercing and she refused to tell me. a different employee pierced my ears. she was very friendly but her piercing style was .. how do i say "rugged" i felt like she wrenched the piercing gun but i brushed it off. sadly, my ears are now healing very poorly even with proper cleaning and gentle care (my two other piercings and navel healed better than these) the original earrings were so tight (the metal was too short) i felt the ne... read more
