My first time in your store at NORTHLAKE MALL. I made a few purchases. I was most impressed by the sales person “Deidre” What a great spirit, kind professional young lady. She was patient and guided me through inventory while still assisting other customers. What a pleasurable experience. Because of her I will return. Please make sure management acknowledges her work ethic. THANKS
Nya provided me outstanding customer service during my first visit today. Upon entering I was greeted and she immediately fulfilled my need. She was able to help me find accessories for my upcoming personal event. Lovisa has a great selection of accessories for the entire family. The price point varies from 8.00-24.00. Right now the store is offering great selections on clearance. If you're in Northlake be sure to stop by and see Nya and check out their selections.
The girl with the little fro will follow you around the ENTIRE TIME as if you’re about to steal something but has the worst customer service when you check out. I’ll go to the outlets next time.
I truly don’t know if I should even bother with my comment because even the MANAGERS are disgustingly rude! I really do hope everyone’s mental health in this establishment is alright because the service is not! I adore Lovisa Jewlery and have made several purchases. I have been attended by a different person each time but the same disgusting attitude. You will get better service at a gas station. Save your time, your money, and your patience. There are plenty of jewelry stores that know how to treat people! this is not one of them. The managers and associates at this jewelry store are unbelievably rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in basic customer service skills. What’s even worse?
