Very disappointing experience. The store clerk was extremely rude and did not know how to speak respectfully to customers. There was clear false advertising, and we were overcharged by nearly 100% on some items. No one explained how the deal actually worked, and we were not given a fair opportunity to correct the issue. Everyone needs to be fired. Store needs to be shut down immediately. Employee left during business hours right when I was approaching the store. Waited for an hour for an employee to return and still no one. Called corporate and lady actually laughed during the call and stated all they can do is just put my statement on file. This store wont last long at this location; I’m assure of it.
Please never get nose piercing at the Carolina place mall location. It is not showing online but I had a terrible experience and they stole my money. Yesterday, I got my nose piercing with a new girl that was working there, and I signed a consent only if something happen to my nose, but not about they they didn’t put literally anything on the piercing to tight it. Does this store ever open? Mid day and the store is closed. The girls inside completely ignore the customers at the door trying to enter. Take your business elsewhere.
Came in was completely ignored until I said a lot of the stuff is plated and then they asked me what I was looking for and then continue to ignore me very rude
