Huge shout out to Tatiana for not acting like the typical salesman who pressures you into buying or upselling products to me. I let her know exactly what I wanted and she even gave me awesome suggestions that fit my needs. Her customer service was second to none and I can't wait to go back and get a piercing done by her :)
A Ruined Shopping Experience at Lovisa, Stoneridge Mall on New Year's Eve I came to Lovisa at Stoneridge Mall hoping to pick up something nice, but the entire vibe was ruined by an unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Came in to shop around and look for jewelry. An employee named Shelmadine was working at the time and was extremely rude and disrespectful to her teammates in front of everybody. To the point that it started to drive customers out of the store and made me leave myself. She has no respect for her crew and publicly degraded them in front of me. Extremely rude sales associates. One middle eastern or Mexican young lady with an arrogant attitude by the name feda was downright disgusting with the way they treated their customers. I will be sending in a complaint, and it frankly makes me question those that hire nasty folks like that.
I recently had a piercing done at this jewelry store, and I must say that I am quite disappointed with the experience. Firstly, there were two piercers working on my daughters piercing at the same time, which made me a bit uneasy. One of the piercers even admitted that she wasn't confident in her abilities, which made me question why she was performing the procedure in the first place.
