Sheila is so welcoming, she immediately created me upon entrance and asked me if I came for a piercing. I just came in to look around, but she was very helpful and so kind. Thank you so much for making my first experience at this Lovisa amazing!
If at all I could give 0 stars, that would have been awesome! So when we walked into the store no one greeted us and we started exploring stuff and asked them if they were still doing piercing, I def knew sheila wasnt there at that time there was a guy and lady and they kept talking to each other. They said yes they are doing piercings! Sheila from Lovisa at the Christiana Mall was incredible at assisting our family with piercings. She came highly recommended from a friend and exceeded our expectations. Both personable and professional, she put us at ease immediately with her kindness and confidence. Highly recommended for those being re-pierced after initial piercing problems as well as those with piercing sensitivities or allergies.
