I came to the Christiana mall today 7/19 to visit a few stores and I wanted to stop into Lovisa. I came in around 6 to the store being closed. So I came back around 7:30 pm and shortly after walking in the girl working shut me in! There were a few people still shopping but she closed the gate and monitored who was coming in and out of the store. I left behind a customer not buying anything and will never be back to this location. Unprofessional and I felt trapped!

CUSTOMERS SERVICE IS top-tier!! Honestly If you are thinking of ear piercings I HIGHLY suggest Lovisa at the Christiana Mall the staff is All that!

Best experience ever! We had a nervous six year old who was excited to get her ears pierced. We initially went over to Claire’s and immediately walked out due to the staff. We walked a couple of shops down and saw Lovisa and were so blown away with how nice the lady was working! Thank you for providing such a fabulous experience for our daughter!

I went to the store to buy a gift card only to find out they didn't have any gift cards at the store (they were out). I go online to order an E gift card and the confirmation email with the code said it can only be redeemed at stores located in Singapore!?! There was no warning about this when ordering and the email came from Lovisa USA. Now I have to fight my credit card company to dispute the card, what a headache.
