Sheila from Lovisa at the Christiana Mall was incredible at assisting our family with piercings. She came highly recommended from a friend and exceeded our expectations. Both personable and professional, she put us at ease immediately with her kindness and confidence. Highly recommended for those being re-pierced after initial piercing problems as well as those with piercing sensitivities or allergies. Sheila was amazing! She connected with my daughter while she was preparing to pierce her ears. She described the process, took her time, and chatted with her. We had an issue and she was so helpful.

I came to the Christiana mall today 7/19 to visit a few stores and I wanted to stop into Lovisa. I came in around 6 to the store being closed. So I came back around 7:30 pm and shortly after walking in the girl working shut me in! There were a few people still shopping but she closed the gate and monitored who was coming in and out of the store. I left behind a customer not buying anything and will never be back to this location. Unprofessional and I felt trapped!
