Richard is amazing! He spent almost an hour going through all the overstock earrings one by one, just to find me enough pairs of earrings for my bridesmaids. 10/10 Service!!! And I got 5 pairs for $12. Highly recommend!

bought 25 dollar earrings that were broke when I took them out of the bag. they had not been opened. took back the next day to exchange and was told all sales final.

My girlfriend had her nose pierced. In less than 24 hours the piercing fell out and closed. The store said she would have to pay for a new piercing. No thank you. Will never go again.

Customer service I went in to make a return. The girl at the front said they do not accept returns for Earring and that it was listed at the bottom of my receipt. I told her I was never given my receipt. She then said “It should be in your email.” I said I never got an email. Then she got frustrated with me and said “Whoever checked you out yesterday should have told you that.” I walked out. Not impressed, but not shocked either, pretty typical attitude in customer service settings these days.
