My girlfriend had her nose pierced. In less than 24 hours the piercing fell out and closed. The store said she would have to pay for a new piercing. No thank you. Will never go again.
Customer service I went in to make a return. The girl at the front said they do not accept returns for Earring and that it was listed at the bottom of my receipt. I told her I was never given my receipt. She then said “It should be in your email.” I said I never got an email. Then she got frustrated with me and said “Whoever checked you out yesterday should have told you that.” I walked out. Not impressed, but not shocked either, pretty typical attitude in customer service settings these days.
Got piercing from madysen and she did amazing I would highly recommend lovisa 11/23/24
The guy that pierced me did a great job and was super friendly 10/10 recommend.
I would rate it a 0 star because I spent a fortune on these rings and they turned my fingers green. And the rhinestones are falling out and I’ve only had them for a week and a half.
