I got my piercing through Michelle yesterday and it was one of the best processes I went through. I was a bit hesitant at first but she never forced me to sign up and do it. Even at the counter, she made sure I was fully okay with getting my ears pierced. The level of cleanliness and making sure everything was sterile was relieving as someone who has heard horror stories of infections.
