Got my third piercing repierced here June 6th. A couple days later I noticed a piece of hair caught in the piercing and didn’t think anything of it. Over a month goes by now I tried to take it out to get the hair out and I have a huge infection wound. I am not prone to infections so this was the piercers doing as she pierced my hair into the hole. Actually so awful will never be going back here. Go to an actual piercing shop!!!
I am extremely disappointed. I was so excited to get my ears pierced. The girl had put the dots on my ears, and when I had looked, everything seemed aligned, But once the piercing was done, and I looked at it afterwards, one earring is so further back than the other. They aren’t aligned. Beware since they won’t help you out once the piercing is done. I tried to call and get assistance, but they said that there’s nothing they can do about it.
Amazing experience with my 6 year olds first piercing and 13 year olds third ear. The customer service was top notch, very thorough, and professional. Store was clean, had good music playing, and lot of cool jewelry. I would highly recommend, great prices too!
