I had such a wonderful experience getting my ears pierced at Lovisa thanks to Gigi! She was so gentle, reassuring, and incredibly professional. She took her time explaining everything, made sure I was comfortable, and kept the whole process quick and painless. You can tell she really cares about doing a great job. My piercings look perfect and I’m so happy with them. If you’re thinking about getting pierced, definitely ask for Gigi she’s amazing!
