The lady who pierced my ears was very nice. However, my ear is now infected. I paid $70, and the hole is so large that the diamond part of the earring actually sinks into it. I would not recommend this place at all for ear piercing at all!! I clean my ear with the solution they gave me every single day.. my ear gets worse every single day
Hampton was really great piercing my daughter’s ears. He was patient and friendly and super helpful. He did a great job with the piercing..
Beautiful jewelry I bought the one with a price of $23 and it looked more like expensive because of great quality The staff is very nice and kind! Will definitely come back and recommend to the others!
Rude customer service. I had a bunch of items in my hand and was waiting at the register for ten minutes. The cashier was idling around, playing with her phone. I looked back and she saw me standing there. She never came. I ended up leaving all the items at the counter and left.
Went into the shop to purchase some rings and earrings. Sales associate behind the counter was rude and told us not to touch anything unless we’re going to buy it… She really needs some customer service training. The fact that she said this made us not buy anything from her. There’s a way to talk to customers and if you have her working behind the desk, no one will want to buy anything. I can understand if we were trying on the earrings, but we were simply trying on the rings to see if they were the right size.
