The first floor was so nice the 2 girls were very nice to me they were so gorgeous.(they gave me compliments) especially the Ethiopian girl !!! I got some jewelry from them and I overall I loved them!!! The customer service was very good I will definitely come back. I sent one of my friends there and she said she loved it also
Second floor location is rude and unprofessional. I went in to do an exchange as I went home and noticed the necklace I purchased was tangled and wanted to exchange for a new one but the employee at the register said it looked like I had tampered it and I just bought it two days ago so not sure how it would look tampered with if all I did was pull the item out of the bag. Got 4 piercings and one of them It junk into my ear and skin grew over the piercing. : ( only three of them worked.
Staff is rude, unkept, and innapropiate. jewelry cheap, was refused returns with new unused items. Place was dirty and untidy.
