worst customer service ever. such a rude cashier. bought a bracelet for $20 and it broke immediately, went back for an exchange and after putting my email in never got a reciept. came in about 10 mins later to get it exchanged or at least get clarification. she was the rudest person ive ever encountered especially in customer service. will not be back. 07/15/2025 evening.

The store advertises 3 for 18.00 Actually it's 19.65 with tax. That was fine. Gave cashier a 20. Then she asked me if she could not give me the .35 change. Did she not have change or where does the change go.? The worst of the experience was she said I had to put in an email address.I told her I just wanted to make the purchase.I didn't want to put in the email address.She said without the email address.She could not complete the transaction.What is that?
