I had the pleasure of getting a piercing by Tanana she was awesome the store was pretty busy being that it is a Saturday but she remained calm and she gave amazing customer service ❤️

I'm seeing so many people account having the same experience with I think to be the same women. She handed me and my boyfriend a basket and then about 10 minutes later asked us to leave or she would call security and then scurried off. I walked after her to confront her about why she would say that and she didn't tell me why and said that she never said she would call security. Like other reviews have mentioned, staff automatically assumes you are stealing merchandise. Was asked if i wanted a basket, and had objects to purchase before I was abruptly asked to leave today. (2/15) Employee followed me around the entire time I was in the store, and I think took pictures of me and a few of my friends who were also in the same predicament. 2/15/25 Don't even bother the worker acted all nice to my friend and I before taking our photo and kicking us out, everything we touched was put back. So no clue what their problem is.

Went here with my boyfriend and his brother, completely got glared and stared at, after got racist and incredibly rude comments. Black lady, floor one, brown eyes and hair. Shes already got multiple complaints on here as i see. Surprised she still works here as this wasn’t the first time. Management needs to be checked. No other store in MOA is like this. Extremely racist, rude, assuming. One day she will make someone extremely mad and she will get the karma she deserves.
