Second floor location is rude and unprofessional. I went in to do an exchange as I went home and noticed the necklace I purchased was tangled and wanted to exchange for a new one but the employee at the register said it looked like I had tampered it and I just bought it two days ago so not sure how it would look tampered with if all I did was pull the item out of the bag. Got 4 piercings and one of them It junk into my ear and skin grew over the piercing. : ( only three of them worked.

Staff is rude, unkept, and innapropiate. jewelry cheap, was refused returns with new unused items. Place was dirty and untidy.

worst customer service ever. such a rude cashier. bought a bracelet for $20 and it broke immediately, went back for an exchange and after putting my email in never got a reciept. came in about 10 mins later to get it exchanged or at least get clarification. she was the rudest person ive ever encountered especially in customer service. will not be back. 07/15/2025 evening.
