Belly button peircing broke right away, when trying to put front into back piece, the metal bent and then broke when we tried to bend it back. On top of that, we also had issues with the nose rings we got; (one false double peircing and one normal jeweled peircing). The double one worked just fine, but the jeweled one sat at a odd angle and was weirdly large, making it look like it was intended as a septum(it wasen’t). Cheap quality, not worth it.

Horrible customer service on both floors. Whoever was on the first floor alone today at 2’o clock was very rude. Gave me the nastiest face ever

I went there for a casual mall day having a good time. As I was at checkout I saw a pretty necklace that I want to add to my order or switch a piece I had already. The sales clerk was terrible, she gave me a dirty look and then told me VERY rudely “fine. Hurry up”. PSA the store wasn’t even busy. I completely understand having bad days but if you work in customer service you might as well learn to try your best to cover it up. This is my first good review so it’s a shame it was for such a bad experience.

DON’T GET ME STARTEDDDDD… they have BEAUTIFUL employees (especially Pri)… jewelry selection 10/10… even when I accidentally left my wetzel pretzel, when I went they did NOT throw it away, definitely will be going back… especially for some back-to-school jewelry… and also my mom LOVED the jewelry I got for her

My cousin got her ear lobes pierced here, and the two girls who helped us were absolutely lovely. They made the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable. We were really impressed with their kindness and professionalism. We’ll definitely be coming back!
