Decided to buy some of the expensive waterproof jewelry and was quite literally scammed I never wear jewelry in the water but I thought to try it since I invested in the water proof kind and I kid you not everything is tarnish right out of the first shower the first time getting it wet no scrubbing … $27 dollars for a necklace that tarnish the second it hit water and not to mention the clipper broke in the first week and the part that makes the earring a earring fell off one of my hoops! Some of the workers were nice, but one of the workers was a bit rude and unprofessional, talking to her co-worker about things when ringing up people. She didn't give us our receipt and pushed off our questions. Rude people and staff need to be retrained. Mind you my family and I spent over $150 on their jewelry for this kind of treatment is crazy. People need to be more respectful towards customers.
We went in for ear piercings for all 3 of our daughters. From the moment we walked in the service was wonderful! We will be back! Thank you!
