Came inside greeted whoever worked there which 3 girls just standing around chatting. I asked for the nose piercings white girl pointed towards the back. (I have TWO visible nose piercings) I look a bit and grab some cute ones that were all in the nose piercing section. I then check out and try to insert the jewelry when I noticed the metal was bigger than my piercing. Love this place!! The selection of jewelry is awesome.. everyone that works here is nice, but I want to mention a young lady named Krystal!! I bought a pair of earrings & they came apart.. I called the store, that's when I spoke with Krystal.. she told me to bring the earrings back for an exchange.. I went back, an of course did not have a hard time selecting another pair!! I am a happy customer, & I highly recommend Lovisa!! I will be back!! Two of my friends shop here, & love this store!!

If you want to get the 4th pair of your earrings stolen come here!! Been here 3 times and after the first time I got home and realized I only had 3/4 pairs of earrings I bought from the 4 for $12 deal. I figured I must’ve dropped a pair. About 6 months ago I went back and while the ginger girl was checking me out, I saw she only wrapped three pairs of my earrings instead of 4.
