Got my second piercings done here. They pierced it way too far into my cartilage on one side . The earring was too small for where they pierced it and it ended up getting sucked into my ear. My ear was extremely red and swollen I had to go to urgent care to get it out.
The owner, Sara, pierced my third lobe and is extremely knowledgeable and helpful (: she helped me find the right jewelry and the piercing is symmetrical. I’m in love! Thank you Sara!
Lovisa Tacoma Mall branch sold me a damage accessories like when I was still in the mall I noticed the jewelry necklace I bought is missing 1 diamond stone and they refuse to exchange the item although they have the same on stock even though I just purchased it a few minutes ago. I just ended up throwing the item in the trash coz I wouldn’t wear a damage or 1 missing jewel. Bad customer service not worth my money. Wouldn’t buy again.
I’ve gone in a couple times, it’s nice, a lot to choose from but every piece of jewelry i’ve bought has turned my skin green. Obviously i know it’s not the best quality but for the prices you’d think they’d be better quality.
