Today I got in to the store Lovisa at Georgian mall and I purchased 3 stud earrings with gem for 30 dollars, on the top of the section it says ‘Silver’. I wanted to try them on as soon as I left the store and the gem immediately seperated from the root. The claw that holds the gem was flimsy it tore into pieces, I was shocked and went back to the store. I love this store so much! If your ears can tolerate cheap earrings this is a dream store! Most earrings are 4 for $10 or 4 for $20, and all the most other ones are less than $10 each!! Such a bargain for fun beautiful earrings!!

Got some hoop earrings and when I put them on I realized that they are not even. The other pair had a chip in the paint. Just terrible. I won't be shopping there again, very poor quality for the price.

I had a very bad experience at this place. They put the piercing in the wrong place and didn't offer me any solution. It was super close to the edge. Michelle, the manager, never took care of my daughter as a customer. Her comment was that that's the anatomy of her ear!!! How stupid... So I had to ask them to take off their product and we didn't buy it. Don't go to this place, it's not recommended at all.
