I had the worst service at Barrie store. I got a piercing that never pierced. I should have known when a friend told me of hr bad experience. And when I went back to make a complaint, she told me to I have 2 options, tell my friend to help me push the nose ring through or I remove it completely, let it heal and come back to pay for another piercing. I paid $33 for a titanium belly ring (which isn’t refundable or exchangeable) for it to start tarnishing within the first 5 days & is now turning my belly button green. All the posts on it have now turned a rose gold, i’ve had amazon ones that last longer than this!

50 bucks for a ring that tarnished and turned my finger green within hours. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Got a nose peircing done here, 1 I think placement was a bit off but doesnt matter anymore because it fell out the next day and I couldnt put it back in. I called and they said I would have to repay the whole fee and try again even though I still have the peircing. Not worth the $70, go to an actual peircer not a gun.

My sister and I came here a couple days ago and impulsively got our ears pierced (my firsts, her thirds) by a worker there named Chloe. She was very friendly and funny and made us super comfortable through the whole process. My sister also bought a stud for her conch piercing and the sellers were not too pushy or anything
