I told them to give me gold plated they gave me different one! As it was same design so i could not understand at first but after piercing, when i asked her this is not the one i selected and she like, I am sorry..! It does not work like that and plus i said i dont want the spray she said it is free and they have charged me 15$ for that plus on top of that i was told earrings are 74$ plus tax and earring she gave me is different! Particular one lady was very rude with customer and with her own other co-worker also.

Bad company to buy from. Stay away! They will not work with you at all. Cheap jewelry if have sensitive skin. And no one to speech with they have you on hold for a long time then say no one is available and hang up. SAD

I had a really nice lady named Valentina that helped me make my purchases. It was so nice of her to put so much time in making sure that everything was priced correctly and I was able to save money and shop at my favorite jewelry place! Definitely made it an experience worth going back for to be able to shop more.

I had such a wonderful experience with getting my 10-year-old son ears pierced. It was a very special moment for Miss Valentina to take care of him. I would go back
