If I could give zero stars I would HORRIBLE customer service and their products are even worst. The stones fall out the earrings after one wear(this happened to me twice) and the quality of the products have also caused infection on my ears after getting it pierced then to add insult to injury that same piercing that they did they wouldn’t help me with taking it out to treat my ears. I’ve never experienced worst service and this place needs to be closed down and I guess that’s why it’s always empty with no customers!

I got a piercing here and my ear got infected and they said there’s nothing they can do about their cheap products and they also lied about it not tarnishing.

Both my friend and I got our ears pierced here, and I didn’t catch the name of the lady who did our piercings, but she was absolutely amazing. She was very caring, quick, and knowledgeable. There was also an extensive selection of jewelry to choose from, which was fantastic. I will definitely come back!
