jewelry was way too expensive for how quickly it broke. i bought a pair of anklets for around $30, and they all snapped within a few days of wearing. worth $5 at most, don’t waste your money here. you can get longer-lasting and better quality jewelry for around the same price many other places. not sure what i expected from a corner store in the mall.
Save your time and energy and go anywhere else. Disrespectful staff and never do they have people there to actually pierce anything. Better off just closing this establishment and saving the corporate office some money.
If I could give this place zero stars I would the manager the store manager was so disrespectful not just once but twice to me I only went back close to 5pm because I wanted my daughters ears pierced. She came to me and told me she did 7 ears piercings back to back and she had someone quit on her it still doesn’t make it okay for her to be so disrespectful to me if front of my child and my niece and nephews. Maybe the person quit because of how she treats people.
went in to get my ears pierced and purchase some jewelry around 6:50. the associate told me to come back in the 30 minutes when her co-worker gets back from break, because she was not certified to pierce.i happily did so and returned at 7:30 and was told that they didn’t have time to pierce my ears and i pretty much got the vibe that she just wanted me to leave. the mall doesn’t close til 9 so im not sure why im being turned away when there’s an hour and a half left of their shift. it’s a shame because the girl who i initial... read more
