I decided to spontaneously get an ear piercing (before closing) and I genuinely had the best service. Bridget helped me out, and she explained everything in depth. She was so careful and provided me with a detailed after care process. I would definitely recommend getting an ear piercing here!!
My first time getting pierced here. It was a really fun experience I really enjoyed the process, the girl that helped us was AMAZING. I’m giving this place a 1 star because of the jewelry. I paid the up charge to get the authentic GOLD earrings, because I have allergies, I asked the rep several times, I’m really concerned with the quality of the earrings, please make sure they are 100% gold. i just got my ear pierced today at their store and they did such a good job! i got my helix pierced for the first time and ughh I am in love ! Also, the girlies are the store are super friendly ! <3 much love
I’m so annoyed that they didn’t let me exchange I gift I got for Christmas. It was a hair bow that was too childish for me, it was still attached and taped to the package. I clearly haven’t tried on. I understand the policy for earrings but anything else is stupid. You guys don’t care about losing a customer and you just lost one. If I could I would give zero star.
