I went in about I few days ago and the person that did the piercing was nice and I filled out all the consent forms and everything but it’s been the past 2 to 3 days and I haven’t had any issues with the piercing until today. I went to the ER to get them removed because they were causing an infection in my ear, so I’m not sure if the goal is 100% real I spent about $80 for my seconds for both of them to get pierced and I 100% would never come back.
If you’re thinking of buying jewelry here, go for it, Lovisa has been my go-to for years. But if you’re considering getting a piercing, please go anywhere else. Honestly, at that point, you’d be better off doing it yourself. The staff were incredibly rude, and the woman piercing my thirds PIERCED HER GLOVE TO MY EAR. She didn’t even notice, so she tugged on it, literally pulling on the fresh piercing she’d just done. Low quality CRAP. Bought some beautiful rose gold earrings and within a day they started turning my ears green and the rose gold is now bronze. Would NEVER buy anything from here again. Can buy better quality earrings at Target.
