Horrible experience. They don’t accept returns even if you haven’t used the item. Item was bought and returned within 2 days. Never shopping here again.
The customer service was very bad. We are very disappointed. There is a sign free piercing, but after purchase, they say there is one employee we can’t pierce right now it’s just to make a sale my kids get so disappointed I will never go there.
I was vacationing in Dallas and decided to let my daughter get her ears pierced there. I noticed it seemed like he stopped halfway before piercing the first ear all the way through. When he was finished, it seemed off and he blamed it on it being swollen and her earlobe as to why it looked like the piercing was in a down direction. You can see the back of the earring just by looking at her.
