Possibly the most helpful staff in all of Australia, if not the world. Helped me get my earrings out and replaced even when they were stuck. It took a lot of time but they were patient and kind.
Made sure what I was after was right for me, very appreciated.
There is a lovely young lady called Yael who kindly helped me put on some very fiddly earrings. Appreciate the customer service
The worst staffs service ever I had ! Need really training. Don’t want to give even single star .
They treat their employees awfully. When i came into the store a horrendous lady, i think her name was bri, was yelling at her employees and bordeline verbally abusing them. The girls at the store were doing a fine job at talking to us and putting through sales but this lady was being so rude. She kept on bullying them. I am completly disappointed, i never want to shop at lovisa again. If you were a moral person who cared about the bad treatment of innocent human beings you wouldnt shop here either.
