My daughter and I came in two months ago, and I can’t say how much joslyn and her team were absolute joys. My daughter has tried 4 times to get her ears pierced and gets nervous and backs out everytime. They lovely humans here, made her feel so safe and comfortable. She loves her peircing so much, we will be in soon to get a new pair of earrings.
Went into the store this arvo and met 2 beautiful kind ladies who helped me out and fixed a loop from my cross.. They were very helpful and ready to help..they went above and beyond.. Got a nose piercing with a mate today. We got it done with an ear piercing gun/instrument. Never had a piercing before so I wasn’t aware of the correct jewellery that needed to be used. the lady hasn’t pierced my nose with a proper nose stud. it has been pierced with an ear lobe stud. There is no hook, there is nothing to keep my nose piercing in place either..
One of the best experiences we had on New year Day Jan 1 2025.Girls at this store (Lovisa 2 near Kmart)were amazing, lovely and guided us so well.our purchase was so well done. We went as a group of 10 for ear piercing all cousins and friends. The lovely girl who did the piercing went above and beyond in making precision marking and piercing and making sure to have a smiley face and accomodate all of us! I love this place. Over the years, this is a place to go for jewellery, and my daughter & me got piercing too. Staff are friendly they very helpful
