One of the workers today at 11:30am 31st of jan gave me a few looks up and down instead of greeting me when I walked in. As I kneeled down looking at some bracelets she walked past aggressively swinging the Lovisa bags, they hit me on the back which even made a sound. She smirked when she apologised…. So I left. So rude.
Had ear piercings done at Lovisa Fountain Gate Fashion Mall. Brielle did it for us, and was absolutely fantastic! She was so lovely and made my daughter and Mum feel at ease with the process. Could not be happier, Thanks Brielle!
Incredible experience at Lovisa Store 2 - Near Kmart. My friend and I were assisted by Esra, she was the friendliest and reassuring worker, which got us feeling welcome enough to get both our ears pierced together.
