Friendly staff and good deals! Only thing is that staff training could be improved, as a staff member had no idea when asked about piercing sizes.
I must say that the service at Lovinia was great because I actually went looking for a shop that would put frames around embroidery which I found out is no longer there and then some of your jewellery caught my eye and I asked some questions and I must say that your staff definitely knows their stuff. WHOA THE JEWELLERY HERE IS AMAZING! It is such amazing quality! And such amazing unique designs! I come here every Thursday at 4:00pm to stare at my future wedding ring! It’s an amazing place for you to shop your heart out. Staff are lovely and very supportive on my shopping desires!
