Friendly staff and good deals! Only thing is that staff training could be improved, as a staff member had no idea when asked about piercing sizes.
I must say that the service at Lovinia was great because I actually went looking for a shop that would put frames around embroidery which I found out is no longer there and then some of your jewellery caught my eye and I asked some questions and I must say that your staff definitely knows their stuff. Also I found your staff to be very helpful, polite and patient when serving me. I would recommend this place to anyone who is interested in finding some nice jewellery that is at a reasonable price.
