i was in store today with a friend, intending on buying quite a few items. i was getting helped by one of the team members in store (who was alone) until another team member walked into store (i asked for her name - Tayah - from port macquarie store) basically yelling demands at the young girl instore alone - and then proceeded to walk back out. this made the shopping experience quite uncomfortable and i was shocked that this is how the staff are being treated. i didn’t feel comfortable shopping in the store after this becau... read more
