Pierced and taken care by the young girl named lylah at the store, the most comforting experience i have had with getting a piercing!! especially when i have only been pierced by needles and had a few worries about getting pierced with a gun.. lylah had taken all of my worries away as soon as i had entered that store! reassuring me and showing me all the piercing she has had with a gun and that with the proper after care, you have no problems. i was in store today with a friend, intending on buying quite a few items. i was getting helped by one of the team members in store (who was alone) until another team member walked into store (i asked for her name - Tayah - from port macquarie store) basically yelling demands at the young girl instore alone - and then proceeded to walk back out. this made the shopping experience quite uncomfortable and i was shocked that this is how the staff are being treated. i didn’t feel comfortable shopping in the store after this becau... read more

Went in to buy a nose ring and specifically asked if it was a clamp or clip ring, as I did not want to purchase a clamp ring. I was assured it was a clip, but once I opened the box it was a clamp ring. A waste of $20.
