My 11 year old kid just had their first ear piercing with Kate in store, and Kate was sooooo professional, proficient, confident and so able to rest my kids slight nerves at ease. I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to get their piercings done with Kate in store! 5 stars! Thanks!

Pierced and taken care by the young girl named lylah at the store, the most comforting experience i have had with getting a piercing!! especially when i have only been pierced by needles and had a few worries about getting pierced with a gun.. lylah had taken all of my worries away as soon as i had entered that store! reassuring me and showing me all the piercing she has had with a gun and that with the proper after care, you have no problems.
