My son and daughter’s orthodontia have been in their hands. We couldn’t ask for better care and staff. Jen and Adam are amazing, and of course, so is the good Dr.!
The staff was really nice but our results were bad. My daughters teeth never looked like we expected, in line with our initial appointment and models. As we asked for improvement, they accommodated until we just gave up. We paid another professional and got amazing results!! Too bad we had to go through the process and costs TWICE. The first photo was our finished product with Dr Lovinggood. The second is with another doctor.
Highly recommended. They are great with kids. My daughter loves coning in for appointments. Everyone is very nice and truely cares for the people they are helping
I had braces for an unecessarily long time because they were "forgetting" how to secure the springs in my mouth. Then when the braces were finally off after 5 years, I still have a massive overbite, they wouldn't adjust my retainer unless I paid a ridiculous fee (nearly 500 was the quote), and several of the nerves attached to my teeth were literally crushed, and always cause me pain. I strongly recommend NOT going to Lovinggood!!
We have had four of our family members go there including myself. They know me right when I call or go in. We are all extremely happy with the care we receive there.
