Es una agencia que no debiera de funcionar como home health care, tienen unas empleadas, tanto de las oficinas como las que dan el servicio muy deficientes, no tienen personal cuando falta alguien no tienen para cubrir y se quedan de lo mas tranquilos, que la familia del paciente resuelva como pueda. Mi mama tiene mas de 20 años en esta agencia, pero ya la voy a cambiar es mucho la deficiencia

Worst company to place your love ones in. They have the worst communication skills with family members. The HHA's barely do their job and sit on their phones while stating they are "providing companion." They won't even take the patient down stairs to interact with others with the excuse of "we can become liable if he falls" even though he is on a WHEEL CHAIR!
