I cannot recommend Loving Heart enough. The level of care and attention is exceptional. The doctor is extremely friendly and makes sure you are heard—a refreshing change from past experiences where I felt like just another appointment. Thank you for opening your practice in Olympia, you are loved and appreciated by our community.
I finally went in for my first visit with JOON. He is a such an amazing practitioner. Very knowledgeable and caring. I will definitely recommend him. My visit felt so comfortable. I should say I was very comfortable.

Joon ignored my urgent messages today about a critical medication refill. I am down to 3 days left on a Schedule II prescription for ADHD. The pharmacy sent a refill request with no response. When I messaged him, he replied only about the 30 day follow up requirement… something he never told me when he originally prescribed it. I scheduled the follow up on my next available day off and requested the refill, explaining that stopping this medication is not safe. I have received no further response.
