I took my teen here for her first time getting box braids. I wanted her ahead of time that it may be tight and uncomfortable but just bare with it. She got medium knotless w/ boho. She loved her hair, and stated “ idk what you’re talking about these aren’t uncomfortable at all”. Caprise was very accommodating, and flexible as we had some unexpected time conflictions. I hear some good things about this girl.but I called and called and called. It was opening hours and no one answered. It was about 10I was referred by one of her regulars. I took my business elsewhere. I wanted to get knotless braids.. I live out of the area. I wanted something while I was here.. bad communication is not good for business.

I paid for service and it wasn’t done correctly and it was not finished. It was rushed and I don’t want anyone to go through that especially a child.

The shop is so cute and super clean! My stylist was punctual (there before me) and professional. She listened to me and communicated with me to ensure I was getting the style I wanted. She actually went above and beyond the video recommendation that I provided. I have had negative experiences with braiders in the past and she is a breath of fresh air!!! She takes a great deal of pride in her work and it shows. Over 20 years in the game - she knows exactly what she is doing. I'm so fortunate to have found this location!!!
