VERY disappointing! Took our hamster to see her - instead of telling us she knew nothing about hamsters and sending us to an "expert" she had a reference book out for the entire examination trying to figure out what was wrong with the animal. Would never return or refer her.
pet owner My dog Thunder absolutly LOVES going to see Dr. Bunning. My family can't say enough accolades about HER! We can"t imagine anyone who would not say the same? I only wish all our other doctors cared so much!
Outstanding!!!!!!! I don't live in Manhattan anymore but my experience with Dr Cara Bunning 6 years ago i will never forget. My 1 1/2 year old dog got really sick and her red blood cells were being destroyed by her immune system. She desperately needed a blood transfusion to give the steroid medication time to work. The steroids would stop her immune system from killing her but it was going to take a few days to kick in. I had absolutely no money because at the time I was a student at Hunter college. Service for Dogs We have 2 dogs (small and large) which received excellent care. We had an emergency for our boxer and they saw to it immediately. Excellent friendly staff. Wouldn't hesitate to reccomend them to my friends and colleagues.
Great Vet! Great place to bring your pet! The staff are very friendly and attentive. The reception is always busy and I never hear a bad word about the place. The vet, Dr Cara Bunning is very nice and friendly. She seems to really enjoy her job and she is kind and gentle with the animals. The doctor takes a long time with your pet in the exam room and doesn't miss a thing. I feel thankful that she is my vet and I think the name of the place speaks for itself!
5 STAR RATING!! Dr. Bunning is an EXCELLENT vet. I took both my dogs to her and she treated them as though they were her own! The facility has such a warmth to it, and everyone is inviting. Dr. Bunning is a very open doctor and not only cared about my babies, but also about me. You don't find a lot of genuine people like that. I would definitely recommend her!
