Dr Loving was scheduled to fix a crown on my front tooth and a crown in the back . I was quoted $2600. Over a 7 month time frame I was called in for 4 consultations. First the implant next to front tooth was infected she said. The surgeon looked and took exrays and said not infected and all the growing perfectly. Another consultation SHE always was at least 45 min. doing other patients. The last consult she gave me another plan. Fill the space on my gum and not replace the crown but put one big crown on 2 teeth in the back. ... read more

I am one of the woosies. After numerous bad experiences, I have developed a fear of dentists. I choose Dr Loving because she advertised "loving" dentistry. However, my fear and concerns seemed to inspire her contempt. She did , however, promise me lots of drugs. After an hour of over-the-top haranging and insults, I walked out. There was no way I was going to let such an angry person lay a hand on me. Sometimes it takes more than drugs to inspire confidence. Dr. Loving did a very nice crown for me. . I would have returned but I was dismissed as a patient because I complained of the high cost. The front office had failed to give me a Senior Rate - so when I complained -- I was given the boot!! Loving she ain't!

The clinic very carefully informs the patient of the anticipated out of pocket costs. The costs of treatment very closely aligns with what the annual maximum is that the insurance will pay. More emphasis is placed on the payment than explaining the necessity of treatment.

Both the Dr. and her staff are extremely professional. I get really tired of paying really high rates over and above what insurance will pay, so check your insurance carefully to see if you are fully covered. Also, is it too much to ask for a thorough teeth cleaning and to stop trying to sell additional products every visit. Don't try to sell me more dental products when I am already paying more for the experience at Loving Dentistry.

Loving Dentistry is the Ritz Carlton of dental offices! It is the most like a dental "spa" I have ever visited, with incredible service, fixtures, features, and so on. There is TV, gas for anyone who wants it for any procedure, hot towels when you're done (just like a sushi bar!), and service fit for a king. The only down side? You pay, pay, pay for everyhing ... usually two to three times what you would pay at another dentist. If you demand first class, five-star treatment to get your teeth cleaned, then stop looking. Dr. Loving is fantastic and so is her very capable staff. After my first visit I felt valued, comforted and cared for. I have had one filling on a visible front tooth and it is seemlessly beautiful, restoring the look of my smile to its original condition. Dr. Loving takes extra steps to make her patients feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

I am afraid of dentists. I needed multiple crowns and a root canal. Dr loving lived up to her name. "LOVING DENTISTRY" I had all of my work completed ( with the help of a little oral medication and nitrous) while i watched TV. I am so greatful to her for working with me and my fears to a successful result.

Great dentist! Services provided and patient care are well above average. Doctor and hygenist will try to sell you expensive products!
